By accessing and using the services provided by All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALL CLEANING MIAMI INC.

All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and deep cleaning services in the State of Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Residential and commercial carpet cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning for furniture, sofas, and chairs
• Auto interior cleaning
• Deep cleaning and stain treatment
• Odor treatment and specialty cleaning
• Steam and dry cleaning services

When scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

• Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
• If our technician arrives at the agreed location and the service cannot be performed due to client-side reasons, a trip fee may be charged.

Our pricing and payment policy is as follows:

• All estimates are free and without obligation. Final prices are confirmed before starting the service.
• Prices may vary depending on the area size, condition of carpets or upholstery, and any additional treatments requested.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfers.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

At All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax, we stand behind the quality of our work with our Satisfaction Guarantee:

• If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to redo the work at no additional charge within 7 days of the original service.
• Our guarantee covers defects in service execution, not pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
• To make a claim under this guarantee, you must contact us within 7 days of the service with a description of the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of All Cleaning Miami & Clean Fix Jax and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the State of Florida.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you may seek resolution through mediation or arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
